Pratiksha Mungekar debuts marathi web-arena with 'Courtyard 704' !

Gemplex presents, in association with Mahashweta Productions, original series ‘Courtyard 704’ is now streaming on its Premium App and Website. The story of 'Courtyard 704' is feminist and Pratiksha Mungekar will be seen playing the protagonist. It is written and directed by Kiran Narayan Kambli and produced by Prakash Tiwari, Rohan Tiwari, Suresh Anchan, Vishal Kumar Patil, Avishek Majumdar, Ravindra Mahadev Shetye and Nikhil Vitthal Chavan.

Pratiksha Mungekar is playing the lead role and Charvak Madhuri, Vandana Marathe, Chandrajit Ranawade, Nilesh Mane and Vikrant Wadkar will be seen in important roles.

Pratiksha is a well-known face on small screen as she rose to immense fame with her grey role of Kiyara in hugely popular serial 'Ghadge and Sunn'. Prateeksha has acted in many serials, viz. ‘Tu Tithe Mi', 'Pudhach Paul', 'Chhatriwali', ‘Agnihotra 2'. She was featured in Marathi films too, like Khairlanjichya Mathyavar’, ‘Baashth’ 'Veeda, Ek Sangharsh', 'Babo' etc. Pratiksha Mungekar, is making her debut in the Marathi web series with 'Courtyard 704'.

After moving into a creepy apartment in Mumbai city with her husband Gautam Bhagwat, Revati begins to experience odd, unpleasant things happening to her. Gautam becomes enchanted with their eccentric neighbors, Ramakant and Minakshi Adhikari. Pregnant Revati begins to suspect that her neighbours have dubious plans for her child. Revati goes through a lot of emotional and physical pain due to her pregnancy and when her child finally comes into the world, she gets to know about the bitter truth about her own pregnancy.
